How do we work?
Choose a training frequency that you can stick to and train at the correct intensity for you….. (Minimal effective dose maximum recoverable volume)
Focus on free weight resistance strength training as this will work multiple muscles and joints at the same time and has the biggest transfer over to strength outside of the gym.
Hedge your bets with a balanced diet. Eat the required amount of calories to determine long term weight gain or weight loss. Eat the required amount of each Macronutrient (proteins ,carbs and fats) as they all have different purposes. Have a diverse amount of mirconties as they contain vitamins and minerals to aid long term health.
