As a Strength and Conditioning Coach I have been privileged enough to work with a multitude of top level athletes, ranging from Premier League and Bundesliga football players to combat athletes in boxing and mixed martial arts.

As a Personal Trainer I have worked in a variety of facilities, including some of the largest commercial gym chains in the country, gaining thousands of hours of experience helping a diverse range of clients smash through their goals and achieve amazing results.

My experience has led me and a group of like-minded coaches to open up Onyx Gym as we believed we could create a top class facility to give our clients the ultimate training experience without compromise and create a truly inspiring environment.

MY TRAINING JOURNEY

I currently box for Finchley ABC under some of the best boxing coaches in the country, who have guided me to become the 2019 Novice London Champion. I have also represented London against the army and competed internationally as an amateur boxer. 

Having previously competed in powerlifting I was able to gain firsthand experience on the effects of long term consistent strength training, how to steadily  progress training to ensure constant improvement and how to break through plateaus. 

Experiences such as these and needing to make weight, compete in high pressure environments in addition to fitting my training around a busy work schedule with other responsibilities has given me a deeper understanding on what is required to achieve sustainable results
