In addition to our in-person sessions or online programme, we offer extra support to ensure that your nutrition and lifestyle are set up to support your progress. This can be managed through our client portal and app, so all the information is always at your fingertips. In addition to working with top athletes, Ibi has also helped everyday gym-goers achieve their fitness goals, providing them with the knowledge and support they need to succeed.
